Mining contracts and licenses list of Orano Mining’ subsidiaries carrying out exploration, development and extractive production activities signed with local governments, not subject to legal, regulatory or contractual confidentiality obligations.
Committed to transparency, Orano Mining has been publishing its payments to States in accordance with the obligations of the French law and the EITI (Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative) framework since its creation in 2003.
As of June 2019, on the occasion of the EITI Global Conference held in Paris, Nicolas Maes, CEO of Orano Mining, made a commitment to work with our public and private co-shareholders or counterparties and the States of the countries in which we operate and for the projects where we intervene as operators, to aim for publication, by 2021, of the mining contracts and agreements entered into with States.
As part of this exercise, you will find here references or links indicating where to find the publication of mining contracts and licenses of our subsidiaries engaged in exploration, development and production activities concluded with local governments, insofar as these are not subject to legal, regulatory or contractual confidentiality obligations.
