BETHESDA, Md. – Amir Vexler, President of Orano TN, a subsidiary of Orano USA, announced today that Roger Maggi has been appointed to the new position of Chief Commercial Officer, Orano TN.
In his new role, Mr. Maggi will be responsible for all commercial and product-strategy aspects of Orano TN in the United States.
Mr. Maggi has served the nuclear industry for more than 30 years delivering dry storage solutions for used nuclear fuel, and inspection and repair solutions for nuclear steam supply systems to the commercial U.S. and European markets, and the U.S. Navy fleet. He honed his customer-focused understanding of clients’ priorities and expectations, and the unique requirements of the industry, through increasing roles in customer service and firsthand experience with more than 100 nuclear reactor repair and upgrade outages.
“Roger leads through his passion for customer service and innovative thinking,” said Mr. Vexler, “The recent successful launches of our new two-tiered NUHOMS® MATRIX dry fuel storage system and the MP197HB transport cask are two examples of Roger’s insights communicating value based on customer requirements and preferences.”
Most recently, Mr. Maggi was the vice president of Sales and Marketing for Orano TN in the United States. Prior to Orano TN, he served in Orano’s legacy companies as a Key Account Manager and vice president of Business Development for various industry businesses.
