Orano USA appoints Paul Dillbeck as General Counsel
BETHESDA, Md., December 19, 2024 – Orano USA announced the appointment of Paul Dillbeck as its new Vice President and General Counsel, effective December 2, 2024.
Prior to joining Orano, Mr. Dillbeck was Chief Legal Officer for Gen X Energy, a company he co-founded as an energy and infrastructure investment platform based in Singapore and Washington, D.C. He has also served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Venture Global LNG and as Project and International Finance Counsel at Hogan Lovells.
With extensive experience in project development and project finance across a wide variety of industries, Mr. Dillbeck has a proven track record of working with state and federal regulatory agencies, such as the U.S. Department of Energy, to ensure the success of large infrastructure projects.
Mr. Dillbeck is admitted to the Bars of the District of Columbia and the State of Maryland. He earned his J.D. with honors (Order of the Coif) from the University of Maryland, School of Law. He graduated with a B.S. in Philosophy and Political Science from Kansas State University.
