We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize chemical and nuclear processes, and maintain quality standards while ensuring safety and efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing chemical and nuclear processes and develop strategies for optimization and improvement
  • Design and implement process control systems 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production plant efficiency and reduce waste
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Train staff on new processes and equipment
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare regular technical performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards

Ideal qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Experience with process control systems and quality management tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong project management abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and statistical analysis software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in related field
  • Experience with control system simulation/Digital Twin
  • Experience with automation and Industry 4.0 technologies
