We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team and provide expert guidance on contract administration, risk management, and compliance across our organization's projects and initiatives.


The Contract Manager will serve as a key liaison between product management, business development, and stakeholders to ensure effective contract strategy development and execution while maintaining compliance and minimizing risk exposure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead contract strategy development and execution for complex engineering and construction projects
  • Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions with stakeholders
  • Provide expert guidance on proposal strategies, risk assessments, and cost determinations
  • Serve as primary advisor to Project Managers on contract-related matters
  • Oversee contract performance and ensure compliance with project policies and procedures
  • Work closely with product line managers and business development teams
  • Analyze and mitigate contractual risks to ensure revenue growth and profit enhancement
  • Lead the development and review of contract modifications and change orders
  • Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and budgetary constraints

Ideal qualifications

 Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 7-10 years of experience in project contract management, preferably in power generation or heavy industrial construction
  • Comprehensive knowledge of complex engineering project processes and budgetary management
  • Strong understanding of contract law and risk management principles
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to evaluate detailed project data and forecast costs/schedules
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and project management software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CPCM, or related credentials
  • Experience with nuclear power plant construction projects
  • Knowledge of government contracting and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with first-of-kind design and build projects
  • Familiarity with Alliance agreements and integrated contracts
