Reporting to the Supervisor, Financial and Tax Accounting, this position will be responsible for treasury operations including preparation of weekly cash forecasts, loan management, banking, and reconciliations and will be responsible for internal control procedures. What you’ll be accomplishing:
· Accountable for all treasury operations and for maintaining surety bonds/letters of credit
· Ownership of internal control procedures including:
o Annual review of internal control process
o Providing information requested for any internal audits
o Monthly/quarterly compliance reviews
· Responsible for annual ESTMA reporting and related external audit
· Process monthly sales invoices and coordinate the corporate hedging strategy
· Perform month-end duties including analysis and reporting
· Perform other related tasks as required

Qualities and skills we’re seeking:
· Bachelor of Commerce Degree and/or significant accounting training and experience
· CPA designation is considered an asset
· 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, with experience using SAP an asset
· Excellent planning and organization skills to coordinate efforts and meet deadlines
· Excellent time management skills, analytical skills and able to prioritize work effectively
· Strong oral and written communication skills
· Cooperative and collaborative, able to work as part of a team
· Honest, ethical, and respects confidentiality
