Position Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Project Administrator to support management in areas of document control and project coordination. This role is vital to maintaining efficient operations and ensuring project success across our initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing policies and procedures, including writing, reviewing, and editing documents
  • Establish and maintain the Records Management System and support implementation of electronic records systems
  • Maintain project SharePoint sites and digital collaboration tools
  • Oversee the issuing and tracking of Requests for Information
  • Coordinate and track all required training for employees in the business line
  • Maintain and track project action items and deliverables
  • Provide weekly reports of major activities to management
  • Support management in meeting project needs and expectations
  • Perform special assignments as needed

Ideal qualifications

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this   opportunity.  

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration 

  • 1-4 years of equivalent experience

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects

  • Strong communication skills with ability to comprehend and convey detailed information

  • Ability to maintain and develop strong interpersonal relationships

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with productivity tools such as SharePoint, Word, Excel, and other related applications
  •  

    Preferred:

  • Experience in the nuclear industry

  • Experience working with systems engineers and project engineers

  • Document control experience

  • Project support experience with large engineering or construction projects
