Responsibilities include:
Mining:
· Assist with annual operating and capital budgets, forecasting, execution, and reporting.
· Recommend and implement department engineering processes and procedures
Project Management:
· Support McClean Lake Mining (MLM) in safely achieving production targets, while addressing short and long-term challenges
· Guide consulting engineering and project delivery services in the development and execution of engineered designs and projects
· Assist in managing project delivery, including costs, schedules ,quality, tracking, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs)
· Understand and administer management of change (MOC) to facility changes
· Comply with all Orano health, safety and environmental policies, practices and procedures

Plan and Integrate:
· Help to develop the annual budget for sustaining and project capital to benefit MLM
Work Location & Schedule:
· McClean Lake Operations, Northern Saskatchewan
· Fly-in/Fly-out operation with on-premise camp facilities
· 14 day in/ 14 day out schedule
· Normally an 11 hour work day, although some activity outside or normal working hours may be required
· Able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions
Skills and Qualifications for the position include:
· A university degree in Engineering; specializing in mining. Eligible to registered as a Professional Engineer in Saskatchewan with APEGS
· 3-5+ years of progressive mine engineering and project delivery experience
· Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral
· Microsoft Project experience
· Effective planning and organizational skills
· Co-ordinate activities, information, materials or resources within own area of responsibility to meet deadlines
· Ability to interact in a team environment, as well as work independently
