During your time as a graduate D&D engineer, you will be part of a 2-year graduate scheme in which your employment will continue thereafter. Your work here will have a real impact on making our world safer both for now and for future generations to come. This early exposure will equip you with the breadth of knowledge to ensure you start off with a strong footing in your career with us. Within the Decommissioning and Dismantling (D&D) discipline of Orano Limited, you will participate in core D&D engineering tasks and activities, ranging from decommissioning planning, design and waste handling studies to dismantling, demolition and delicensing tasks.
The four core pillars of the D&D discipline at Orano Limited are:
Retrievals, POCO, Investigations and Characterisations and Dismantling. You will be involved in all these key areas, intervening throughout the full life cycle of decommissioning projects: Feasibility, Preliminary Design Stage, Detail Design Stage, Construction/Commissioning. There may be an opportunity to do secondments with other disciplines that you are interested in too.

The successful candidate must, by the start of the employment, have permission to work in the UK, and be willing to obtain SC clearance.
Travel may be required on occasion between Orano offices and Client sites
