You have a date with Orano at the WNE from June 26 to 28, 2018

The World Nuclear Exhibition (WNE) is the leading event for the global nuclear energy community. At its third edition, the focus will be on “Excellence,” a trait embedded in the DNA of Orano.

Some 20,000 participants from over 60 countries are expected at the third edition of the World Nuclear Exhibition (WNE), to be held near Paris from June 26 to 28 on the theme, “Nuclear Excellence, A New Era.”

Low-carbon energy, supply security, responsible use of resources, safe and sustainable management of used fuel and waste, expertise and support for efficient operations, dismantling of sites at their end of life…in each of these areas, Orano is developing high-value-added solutions to offer customers competitive services.

The nuclear industry is a leader in excellence. The WNE will be an occasion to demonstrate how security, safety, and high operational performance are absolute priorities, achieved through continual innovation and effective use of new digital technologies.

Innovation to satisfy our customers’ needs

Augmented and virtual reality, robotics, remote operations… our teams develop processes and equipment to prevent and manage risks at each stage of the nuclear cycle. The Group will present these innovative solutions at its booth and participate again this year in the WNE Awards, a competition to highlight industry best practices in which the Group won Innovation and Nuclear Security awards in 2016.

A roundtable and workshops

Orano will lead a roundtable on innovation and digitalization in our industry as well as two workshops on dismantling and the fuel cycle.
